Gazprom Dobycha Yamburg plans 2021 gas production at 156 bcm

MOSCOW, Aug 4 (PRIME) -- Gazprom Dobycha Yamburg, the largest subsidiary of Russian gas giant Gazprom, plans to produce 156 billion cubic meters (bcm) of natural gas and 3.3 million tonnes of gas condensate in 2021, CEO Oleg Arno told reporters on Wednesday.

“Annual production for 2021 is planned at 156 billion cubic meters (of gas) and 3.3 million tonnes of gas condensate,” he said.

The company has already outperformed the plan making the actual production in 2021 possibly  higher, he said.

Gazprom Dobycha Yamburg operates in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District, and its capacities allow it to produce around 180 bcm of gas and more than 5 million tonnes of gas condensate per year. The company accounts for about 20% of Russia’s combined gas output.
